Director Chen graduated from Xiangya Medical School of Central South University, which enjoys good reputation in China. He has more than 20 years of experience in clinical diagnosis testing, and has in-depth research in biochemistry, immunity, blood and body fluid testing and transfusion medicine.
He has published several papers and articles in high-level journals such as Chinese Tropical Medicine, International Journal of Laboratory Medicine, Laboratory Medicine and Clinical Science.

Director Chen leads and implements ISO15189 laboratory accreditation, laboratory quality, capability, and safety management. He carries out standardized testing and management of clinical laboratories according to international standards such as JCI (Joint Commission International) and CAP (College of American Pathologists), as well as comprehensive quality system management for laboratory testing in fields such as biochemistry, toxicology, and pharmacology, including professional competency verification and on-site evaluations. He is a member of the expert group.
